Friday -- Ally

Dress: Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit (JCP)

Belt: Wet Seal

Shoes: Enzo Angiolini (Had these for years. Pretty sure I picked them up @ Marshall's on Dixie. I'm tellin' you...all the good stuff is on that end of town...Ask Tracey!)

This dress is the surprise of the summer. When I ordered Wednesday's dress from JCP I figured since I was already paying for shipping I should get something else! :) Brilliant, right? This was $25 and looked like my style. Fits perfectly and is my new favorite. It has a tie in the back but today's belt covers it. (Looks like it's gone up a bit in price, but I'm sure there's a promo code out there!)

The belt is falling apart I've learned and the "faceplate" keeps popping off. I need some clear fishing line or something like that to tie it on. In the mean time, I'll just wear it like this.

These shoes break Nina Garcia's toe cleavage rule but whatever. I love them and they feel marvelous.

I had sworn off camera phone pics, but today necessitated it. My camera is missing! I had it Wednesday night b/c I uploaded the pics of Tracey and I so it came home from the restaurant. I am pretty sure I put it in my purse Thursday morning to take a pic, but no dice. My boyfriend and I looked everywhere last night and I checked my desk and all around work today. I'm going to go through my car, under seats, etc during lunch. Cross your fingers I find it!! Maybe it's some Friday the 13th bad luck!!

AHHHH!!! So cute! With a belt like that and the face plate coming off, you can do a Martha Stewart and sew on an alternative face plate and have a whole new belt. Love the colors! Have a great weekend girl!

Thanks!

That's a good idea! You know how crafty I like to get...hum...

You have a great weekend too - I hope it cools off a little!

I think all of the Eastenders have figured out that that Dixie Hwy Marshall's has all the good stuff because I can hardly find anything there anymore!

And what is this "toe cleavage" rule? I love toe cleavage!

NG says in her book, "The Little Black Book of Style," one should never show more than two toe's worth of cleavage.

I'm a fan of it too but this shoe shoes all 4 cracks!

Her book, by the way, is beautifully illustrated and a pretty good read. I checked it out from LFPL.

Love this dress!!!!!! I found some great belts like yours this evening at Forever 21 in fun colors. It gave me a headache for my five minutes in there (those messy, loud, teenage stores make me crazy) but you can't beat for trendy, colorful, fun accessories.
