I bought this necklace at NY&Co a hundred years ago. I have it in black and really love it.
I've worn this outfit before and it's one of my favorite, easy things to wear. I try to mix it up with different accessories.
As you may have read, Value City is closing a lot (or all?) of their stores. They had some good prices on shoes a couple of weeks ago when we stopped by. I scored these for $23!
I love how they're blue but not navy.
How sweet is the little ribbon and bow? LOVE.

I have that same necklace in a pretty aqua blue color. I always feel so fabulous when I wear it. Wish I had your green one too!
Oh man - too bad the only Value City I know is on the SCARY westside (you know you've been on that side of town before!). Those shoes are adorable! For a minute there I thought prehaps we were cardi twinkies today! Love you in blue!

OMG! I used to work for Value City furniture. The closest clothing store is/was like 40 minutes away from me deep in DC. Are the furniture stores closing too? Anywho.
Those shoes are to die for!!! I can't do flats but they're nice to look at :)
